Equimero® is a small but fine biothane manufacturer that has been on the market since February 2015. Equimero® develops products for practical use based on practical experience, “From passion to product” – that is our mission. And this is exactly how our products have been created so far: born out of the desire to enrich the interaction between man and horse with our equipment and to make training pleasant and meaningful. With this aspiration, we have met and continue to meet with open ears (and eyes) from both our customers and the experts, who have presented our products with several awards.
The stone that was set rolling in 2015 paved the way for us as a small manufacturer, and we were able to grow steadily. Equimero® is now inextricably linked internationally with high-quality, innovative products made from biothane. Whether western or dressage riders, mini-shetty owners or cold-blooded carriage drivers: Equimero customers are just as colorful as the products themselves.
All our products are unique items developed in-house and lovingly handmade to customer specifications. The thread we use for sewing is extremely tear-resistant. We use a so-called free-arm sewing machine. This means that the nose part, for example, is already sewn round and is therefore anatomically pre-shaped and does not have to be “entered” by the horse.
Our material, Biothane®, consists of a polyester fabric with a PU coating. It looks and feels similar to leather, but is much more durable and requires no maintenance!
Our workshop: this is where we spend a lot of time together. Smooth production can only succeed if we feel comfortable here. Everyone must be able to rely on the preparatory work of others, which is why we have one thing in common: high standards for our work. We know that our customers often wait a long time for a product from Equimero, which is why our focus is on the highest quality workmanship – and this is only possible as a well-functioning team.
Treating each other with respect is very important to us. After years of working together, we know each other’s strengths and also our weaknesses. It is important for everyone in the team to know how their colleagues are doing and everyone is willing to help and support each other, even in their private lives.
To help us stay fit during the often strenuous manual work, a masseur visits us once a month to loosen up tense muscles and give everyone a little break. Because with all the attention we give our products, we must not lose sight of ourselves.
Thanks to our incredibly committed Equimero partners, we can be anywhere in Germany at the same time to present our products to you on site.
