Once we have successfully received your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Here you will find a detailed overview of the items you have ordered and can check everything again.
If you have chosen “prepayment”, please transfer the money to the bank account specified in the order confirmation (Equimero, DE92 2704 0080 0607 8885 00) and be sure to state the order number.
If payment is not received, we will send you a friendly reminder after one week. Without payment we will cancel the order.
You will find the delivery time in your order confirmation. We will ship everything together when the item with the longest delivery time is ready.
Now it’s time to be patient – you won’t hear from us again until your parcel is on its way to you. You will then receive an e-mail with the consignment number.
You would like to correct a different color or size. If your order has not yet been processed, something can still be changed – so let us know as soon as possible! Please send us your wishes ALWAYS by email to kundenservice@equimero.de. Don’t forget to include the invoice number of the order to which your request relates – that way nothing will get lost.
